Palisade Basecamp RV Resort’s Set Your Basecamp program lets you leave your RV or camper with us in beautiful Palisade, Colorado, and return throughout the fall and winter whenever you’re ready for a getaway.
Skip the hassle of towing your RV through unpredictable winter conditions or letting it sit unused in storage. When you Set Your Basecamp, your RV stays ready and waiting in Western Colorado for weekends filled with skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, wine tasting, dining, exploring the Grand Mesa, and everything else Colorado’s Western Slope has to offer.
How Set Your Basecamp Works
Set Your Basecamp is simple: choose your preferred site while availability lasts, pay in full to reserve it, and it’s yours for the season. Sites are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of full payment. You must book for the full duration of the program (no prorated monthly rate).

What’s Included When You Set Your Basecamp
- A designated RV site for the winter
- Two overnight stays during each month (included nights must be used within each month and do not roll over to the following month)
- Electricity during your included overnight stays
- Wi-Fi and sewer access
- Access to our warm, modern shower house
- Additional overnight stays for a significant discount ($35 + tax)
