River Bluff Back-in Sites (Site 2 – 19)

These are our most popular sites! Located on a bluff approximately 30 feet above the Colorado River and overlooking a valley of fruit orchards, they offer uninterrupted views of the Palisade landscape for miles.

These sites vary in total length from 49’ to 58’. They also offer clearance from the back of your rig, so you can overhang the site if you need additional length.

Vineyard Back-in Sites (Site 20 – 26)

Grapes for Colterris Winery are grown right next door. Our vineyard sites back up to the winery and provide a beautiful view of the base of the Grand Mesa.

These sites vary in total length from 47’ to 52’. They also offer clearance from the back of your rig, so you can overhang the site if you need additional length.

Premium Back-in Sites (Site 1)

This one-of-a-kind site is secluded from the rest of the RV sites. It is the only Premium Back-in site and offers a large concrete patio surrounded by grass near the picnic canopy. This is the ideal site for the group leader for your rally or for the traveler who is looking for a secluded site close to our modern amenities.

This site is 55’ in total length but offers clearance from the back of your rig, so you can overhang the site if you need additional length.

Premium Pull-thru Sites (Site 27 – 33)

Our Premium Pull-thru sites are our longest and offer a large concrete patio surrounded by grass. They are the closest sites to all the modern amenities, including the shower house, laundry facilities, and pool.

These sites vary from 48’ to 70’ in total length.

Deluxe Back-in Sites (Site 35 – 54)

These back-in sites are located in the center of the resort and extend to a ‘rear yard’ of a native grass area to provide a buffer for privacy or a common courtyard for related groups to enjoy.

These sites vary from 42’ to 56’ in total length.

Deluxe Pull-Thru (Site 34 & 55 – 71)

These pull-thru sites are oriented to capture a stunning view of the valley of orchards close to the river bluff. The angled configuration from the drive aisle makes these sites easy to navigate.

These sites vary from 40’ to 65’ in total length.

19′ Camper Van Sites (Site V1 – V6)

Our camper van sites are perfect for truck campers and are conveniently located next to the shower house with a large common grass yard. These sites are ideal for the efficient adventurer, with 20-amp electricity, water, and a covered table and bench at each site.

These sites are 19’ in total length.

Note: Trailers are prohibited at the truck/van sites. These sites are available year round but there is no water available during off-season (November – April). See River Bluff Back-in or Premium Pull-thru for full hookup sites available year round.
